A More Useful Way To Look At A Production Quote

Instead of focusing only on whether a quote feels high or low, it can help to ask a different set of questions.

Who is responsible for making difficult calls when tradeoffs appear?
How are creative ambition and practical constraints being balanced?
What kinds of risks are being actively managed rather than deferred?
